Sorry that I dont know how to fix your item, or why you broke it. I know you bought it here, but does that mean I have to be the repairman and fix your every problem? No, sorry, I dont do that. Please call the manufacturer about any problems, not me, save us both some time.

Me: Ok, do you have a wireless or a wired internet connection?

C: Well, I want to get wireless internet. What do I need for that?

Me: The Wii has built in wireless, so you just use your existing internet connection for that, do you have wireless already in
your home?

C: No, I'm trying to connect to a signal that is around me...
